I find neroli to be a bit pungent.
I have been using an MX that is scented with Akuto. (almost out already!)
I like it much more than the stock neroli.
I’m just curious about the other two, and how they compare?
All 3 seem to be unobtrusive from what I’ve read on this forum.
Akuto is my personal favorite. FF21 is a bit pungent (to my nose) at first but then it dries down to smell a bit like Green Irish Tweed. Grapefruit smells JUST like grapefruit when you first apply it but then it dries down to be easily covered.
I actually have several putatives in grapefruit that I’ve made into custom mixes and I’ve liked the grapefruit so much (and gotten enough compliments from women) that half the time I don’t cover it with another scent.
I don’t think AD has a classic clean scent at this time. Game was a clean slightly sweet scent but it’s gone. For good I don’t know. However FF21 and FF22 definitely are not clean unless you associate soap detergent FF21, or potpourri FF22, with clean scent. I dont think either is close to anything made by Creed.
I love how different everyone is when it comes to scent. I would never in a million years describe Game scent as clean. Rotting sour fruit is how I always thought of it.
That is true, I guess that is why there are so many scents out on the market. The couple of times I have smelled Akuto, all I could think of is Bong Shop lol.
I think you meant FF22 smells like Green Irish Tweed, FF21 has a different scent. I think it smells like Lysol!!! Grapefruit is really nice and blends with most everything.
Or wait, was it FF22 that smells like Silver Mountain by Creed? I forget now. You got me all confused snoopaaaahhhyyy
