Psst- instead of MEO-Est (which is now out of stock), I find that P79 works muchhh better.
I’m talking megadoses here. Two spikes of TAF and P79, applied to the face and chest, about 50 mcg each. (Maybe less on the TAF, maybe more on the P79).
I think tacitus talked about either P93 or P83 sparking some cleany-spirits, too. Jasmin
