On a cold day, how do you proceed?
As usual really. Apply mones, go to the office, wait for my body to warm up and see the magic happen.. I mostly wear oil (A314) these days, haven’t noticed any decrease in effectiveness due to exposure to low temperatures. If I wanna wear Ammo I bring the spray to work and apply it in the bathroom. I noticed my scarf and winter jacket started to smell like FF21 
If I do this, I dare not do more than 1 spray. Some of my co-workers are very sensitive to FF21 (I don’t blame them). I usually have to wait least 10 mins before walking into work with Ammo on.
Too much, they tell me it’s too strong, avoid me,
Just enough, they talk to me all day.
But on climates,
Normal to hot days,
If I use Oils, I apply Oils at my house, no sense bringing them to work if I am for sure not going to re-apply.
I arrive at work parking lot, place mones on my arms/neck in my car, then walk into work, takes me about 8 mins before I actually in the workplace working. Perfect amount of time for the scents to die down a bit.
If it’s cold in the morning (I go into work at 6am), when I need a jacket in the morning, I usually go into the building first and apply in the bathroom. Less scent dieing time, but w/e. This is when I have to be careful not too apply too much mones at once.
I could apply them earlier, but that would mean they would touch my sleeves before taking my jacket off.
If you want to increase range and duration of social mones in the cold apply to your hair.

Lol, you could still spray on your head because it produces a lot of heat.
Even better - you have a natural phero radiator! 
But more generally, in cold conditions you seek out the heat and look to make best use of your pheros inside in warm conditions. Cold itself won’t do for them after application but it will reduce diffusion to next to nothing.
