I was on a business trip last week at one of our mills. I go there quite often. I alternate between production floor action and office work. I usually crash into a conference room upstairs for the duration of my stay, I’m usually with some colleagues from the HQ. This time around, I was alone on this trip. There was a meeting scheduled in the usual room I’m using, so I decided to head to the office sections and find a desk to settle down between two dips in the mill. The receptionist told me there was a free office nearby. On my way there, I came across a young lady, I’ll call her Cal. She’s 23, blonde/red hair, skinny and quite juvenile looking. That girl had caught my eye for some time, to be honest. I like talking with her each time I’m in, but she’s usually on the shy side, so I never know if she’s either not interested or just… shy, you know. That time, she was a bit more talkative, still shy, but with nervous schoolgirl bursts of laughs; methinks this is usually good sign.
So Cal headed back to her office still talking to me and I couldn’t help but follow her. I sat on the empty chair in front of her desk and we talked for like 15 minutes. Minutes during which I learned she has no boyfriend. She’s really cute. She has a light handicap that makes her walk in her own way but she has such an interesting personality and temper, that this minor aspect does not affect me in the slightest way. And her body, man, is just utter perfection regarding female features. She really opened up compared to the last times I met her. I noticed her female coworker was out for the day, so I asked her if she would like having me around in the office with her for the day. Her face was like ‘‘Hell, yeah’’, but she said ‘‘Sure’’. I pointed out I was glad to have this rare opportunity to have to work ‘‘with her’’ (she’s an HR tech, so she has no logical connection with the technical expertise stuff I’m doing there). I made sure to take five minutes and refresh my JOOP and mones in the car before I moved all my stuff in her office. A rather small office I must say.
Miss Cal loved the scent for sure. She found every damn excuse she could think of to get up and pass by me… go to the copier… go file something… get a file… go get water… pick up something for the ground… get her portable heater… lol… I admit I used a maximum cologne dose but the smell of that one is so sweet that the senses of the girl were in positive overdrive. My intention was not to prevent the poor girl from working (or get her in trouble), but I often stopped my work to turn my chair towards her and talk to her showing much interest. She was very open and talkative all the time. Eye contact is not natural for her, she gave some, but she was still on the shy side.
There was a mural of pictures on the wall in front of ‘my’ desk: people from the mill over the years. So I asked her: ‘‘Are you there somewhere on that wall, darling?’’. She got up, walked right next to me and starts looking. She said: ‘‘No, but many people still work here’’. She was very close and I was still sitting down, so I could pick up her smell, quite nice actually. She pointed someone’s picture and asked if I recognized the person. Since it’s so small, I did what I had to do, I stood up, I entered her personal space and put my face real close to hers. Maximum cloud exposition. She wasn’t budging, I made sure to toy around with my shirt collar a few times to mercilessly mone-attack her. This game lasted a few minutes. ‘‘Who’s this?’’, ‘‘Who’s that?’’, lol. Precious moments.
She told me she’s a baker and a cupcakes specialist. I told her I’d need to taste those. She then referred to a product from my country they can’t find anymore in the stores, I told her I’d get her some on my next trip and that we’d have it wit dimmed lights and a glass of wine. The shy girl lit up and was in all the way. Jokingly or not, we’ll have to see.
When I had to leave for my long drive home, she sadly was in a meeting in her boss office. I left a note on her computer screen saying I was looking forward to see her again on my next trip, I added a winking smiley.
Amongst the information I got, it seems she’s a churchgoer. I am still unfamiliar with that aspect of american culture and don’t know what it implies regarding flirting and such, but hey, I’m up for a challenge. I’ll keep you informed, people.
I’m running low on many products, will need to replenish soon.
BTW Justintime, P83 sounds like a great idea for Sof. And maybe Cal too

Update about Sof. A week ago, we did chat on fbook while I was on vacations. We decided to meet the week right after to talk, drink and have a good time. Then destiny struck. This week, Sof hurt herself because she slipped in her bathtub (Yeah… I hear you… but it’s true and verified).
She missed a few days of work because of that. She was prescribed painkillers and such, so our date had to be cancelled. It’s sad in a way because we were on a nice momentum. Yesterday, she came back to work, she’s still not 100% ok, but we talked a lot and she promised me that as soon as I get back from my next business trip we’d get together. I was wearing as simpler mones-recipe around her, but I’ve easing up on quantities lately not to run dry.
Yesterday, we talked a lot and there was some more flirting going on, even though she’s still shaken. At one point, I was sitting at my desk, she was standing next to me talking and she brushed my arm with her upper leg and hip, let’s face it, not by accident. Today Saturday, she contacted me on Fbook. She rarely does it first. Lots of double-meaning sentences exchanged and things look very promising. I’ll keep you posted.

Vanille Debauche (by Terri) X 3 sprays to the throat and 1 spray on left wrist (4h00 PM)
Location: At home
Warning: This a cologne review, not a mones review.
Ok, Terri is a new one for me. I’m not familiar with that perfume maker in particular. What lured me there was the name “Vanille Debauche”. For those unfamiliar with french, debauche is sometimes translated in english as “debauchery”, meaning an immoral behavior. Being a fan of vanilla note perfumes, only the name tickled my fancy, so I somehow had to try it.
The fragrance is listed as unisex, with a bottle design leaning on the cheap teen perfume side. But I never judge a book by its cover. The name “Vanille Debauche” is there but the design suggests a name hidden by let’s-pretend it’s a black censorship line made by a black sharpie pen or something. Ok, I would definitely not display that on my chest of drawers to impress a lady, but hey, that’s only a bottle.
I applied the fragrance on clean skin. Before drydown, the initial blast is composed of heavy smoke and tobacco. After 5 minutes, vanilla, honey and booze (kinda smell like Jack Daniel’s Honey Whiskey) kick in. There is also a thick woody smell, like mahogany, I’d say. Dried cranberries are in there somehow also, that kinda cuts the honey smell in an interesting way.
Twenty minutes after drydown, most smells have sadly left the building. You’re left with honey and dried cranberry. A smoke underline remains, but so faint, it gets uninteresting, This is far from being a sillage bomb, that’s kinda sad because the initial notes were very promising.
This fragrance is very unisex, although I would not enjoy it on a girl. I mean tobacco opening? Nope. The sugary aspect is no big deal for me, I mean I became a JOOP Homme afficinado over time, and chickz are crazy for the latter one, even if my initial testing feel was that it smelled teeny boppy all the way. I revisited it and it fricking grew on me. But the lasting power of JOOP is lacking here for Vanille Debauche. I mean I have to stick my nose to my wrist to even smell something after 30 minutes.
The sugary feel does not get unmanly, but this fragrance definitely does not have the stature of Tom Ford’s Tobacco Vanille, nor its power.
I like the fragrance, but I’d definitely have to ‘bathe’ in it to be detected in a busy room. It just disappears so quickly. Due to its faint power, I’m not sure about using it for covering mones either.
After 40 minutes, only honey is left. hmmm. It definitely won’t become my favorite. I mean I could wear that for very upclose contact with a lady (you’re receiving me in this), but otherwise, forget it as your bar hopping olfactory wingman.
I know perfumes names are mostly marketing, but still, I’m always trying to make sense of the name. Hoping the perfumer had it’s word in the name choice. Is the ‘debauche’ aspect related to the sweet scent, tobaccco and booze, and the ‘vanilla’ being self-explanatory?
In the meantime, I’ll surely select some other fragrances for my evenings of debauche (lol).
Just too weak overall.
