Hello all, I’m new here. I’m a 37 year old woman looking to create community, connection and trust at work. I want to shine and stand out as a leader. Most of the pheromones I read about Leadship seem to be for men. Any suggestions on product(s) that anyone might recommend. Can I use products like A314? Would I need to combine it with anything else? I’d appreciate any suggestions on combinations and doses for what I’m looking to create. Thanks

A314 is great for women. My girlfriend in her twenties uses a drop or so in social situations that would otherwise cause her anxiety. That and Shine. Puts her right in the limelight and people treat her as more important, as an asset to the conversation.
However, we just put back in stock MX300, which was an A314 idea for women. You can check various reports on the forum, it was magic for some.
Depending on the type of leadership you want to command, there are a few different options. MX134 has a more “foot down, pay attention” feeling, which might not work as well in a “community” cultivating role.
I suggest maybe MX300, Instant Shine, and possibly MX397, which is the women’s version of a sort of rockstar-effect for men. There aren’t enough ladies responses on this, so I can’t vouch for the rockstar effect for women specifically, but hey, it’s an interesting experiment to try.
Oh and for community deepening and trust, definitely a bottle of 2X or 4X IH.
To have people especially pay attention to you and regard you as an authority, listen to how you speak. End your sentences with a command tone down, instead of an inquisitive question tone up. When you start using command tones, it sends a signal to people that you are a natural leader. Try it! Weird but works! We teach this ad infinitum in our multi thousand dollar NLP retreats in Orlando multiple times a year, and it’s one of the takeaways that I hear people use ten years later!
