im curious what would you guys recommend to cover the smell fo ammo p75 mx297 etc because I find pheromone smells to be very distinct at times even with neroli and am curious what you guys do to cover the fact that you are using them. where to apply them how much cologne body spray etc to use

You won’t be covering Ammo though. The best you can do is find something to complement/reshape it.
just looked throught about 5 pages ont he perfume forum, nothing about placement amount etc.
what im curious about is where to apply it? spray pehromones first then cologne? other way around? is it ok to spray the cologne on top of the spot where you spray the pheromones ie on neck with pheromones first then cologne at the same spot?
There must be hundreds of threads on placement in Mens and I’m pretty certain it is covered in thestickies as well - you should read all of them! Amount is getting dangerously into overthinking territory though. Colognes differ - some are so strong you hardly need any, others you can spray to your heart’s content. Also, you may well find that situation/time of day is a factor. What you might wear at work tends to be a lot more subdued than what you would wear to club and some employers have low/no-scent policies that mean you can only use the very lightest scents.
As for layering - there are differing opinions on both for sprays, so again the individul cologne could be a factor. The only thing to be certain of is to avoid spraying over oils as this messes-up the diffusion - it burns-off too fast. You can spray nearby without problems.
