It’s gender neutral, I use it myself with great affect on the mrs to spur connnection building conversation; although at times she seems to prefer straight Instant Honesty.

CTTM is supposed to be used by both men and women alike. I haven’t used it personally, but I have read alike from men and women who use it and have good results with it.
