I am a 50ish gay woman living in Colorado. I am pretty introverted, have a very hard time socializing and letting people in emotionally. I am curious if pheromones can be helpful in being more socially open as well as attracting other gay women.
Pheros can help you with social interactions but they will not make you as a person more socially open per se. They can possibly help make you feel more confident which in turn may help you be more socially open but I am sure you understand the difference between the two.
What pheros really do is send out signals that can help you with your social interactions. They can say talk to me, they can say open up to me, they can say I am sexy - they can say a lot of things. But they really only work in conjunction with your social interactions. I know it is really hard for some people but the only way to really open up socially is to practice - and if that starts with small steps then that is fine.
As far as helping make you attractive to other people certainly - but with the above in mind.
Instant Openness and Instant Honesty would be perfect for you. Instant Openness will relax you and those around you, conversation will flow more easily. Instant Honesty will add intimacy and depth to conversations, others will feel more comfortable around you and be more likely to trust you.
For attraction, there’s Instant Sexiness/a and Instant Sexiness/b. IS/a will give you more of a strong, sexy aura, and IS/b will give you more of a soft, feminine, sexy aura. It really depends on your personality, and how you wish to be perceived.
Sillykitty gave you some right on pheromone recommendations. Now, interacting with persons has to do with all you and they interacting with you I believe can be manipulated by pheromones and other methods.
First, realize having friends and socializing does not mean you have to let persons in on a deep level. However, we are made to be social creatures so you need that social life to keep you sane.
In terms of a relationship however, things take time. If you want to find a solution to a problem first find out the root. Why don’t you let persons in emotionally and does that help you feel secure. These are not questions you have to answer on the forum but to yourself and try to find out why you do what you do and then why you want to change after so many years.
