Those bottles are commodities in the cosmetic industry, and most of the manufacturers are unusually grouchy and resistant to feedback.
I don’t think they’d give a damn about improving the ambers ones over the cobalt ones, if the cobalt ones are indeed more resisant to sweating.
I’d love to see if a clear pattern emerges, though. We have gotten very little feedback on problems with the cobalt ones, and a little more on the amber ones. If this turns out to be an issue, I suppose we could go all cobalt again.
There’s a better one:most probably due to the increase in concentration the neuroli used was more too,causing a difference in scents.Hence ISx2 had a stronger predominant tingly citrus scent than IS.eg.a lemon.
IS did not have such a strong citrus scent and smelled relatively sweeter.
Good theory, BUT… We don’t use more neroli in the 2x ones. It’s 1.66% in each.
Might just be the pheromones altering the perception of the scent. The alpha-nol in Openness definitely has a very clear, human scent.

Well just to let you know,the concentration of mones and fixatives in the regular IS produces the best resultant scent.Clean,fresh,delightfully delicious.I’m sure examine would agree with that.
ISx2 lacks a tinge of sweetness from the original palate,and is more to the refreshing tingly side.But no worries since both produced the desired results.
I’ll most probably go with regular IS next time,just a personal preference.
Hmm and if you could intensify the original ‘flavour’ of regular IS,please by all means do so!

It also makes sense that double the pheromones “darkens” the scent. While the primary pheromone in Shine is nowhere as “dark smelling” and pungent as androstenone, it does have some odor and odor modification qualities, just like any pheromones do.
The idea that pheromones are scentless and/or do not affect scents is simply incorrect. It’s just marketing – most pheromones, in fact, do have a scent.
It’s weird marketing, too, because I know as a consumer that I would believe in something “totally” scentless less.. I’d figure I was just sold some nonscented water.
By intensifying original ‘flavor’ of regular 1X IS, do you mean add more scent, or add more pheromone?
It should be both as well as other components of the regular IS I guess.As long as they produce a stronger smelling scent of the regular IS.(the component ratios would have to be the same as IS)
Maybe if the neuroli in the ISx2 version is doubled,ISx2 would have the same resultant scent as regular IS,but will be stronger heavier and more intense.ISx2 smells like a different product altogether.Most probably because the ratios have been altered from the regular IS;The [mones] have been doubled,but the concentration of neuroli and other components have remained the same. If the neuroli and other components are doubled as well,perhaps the resultant scent would be the stronger identical/similar version of that of regular IS.
Just received my order which had another amber bottle for the putatives/exp mones.The amber bottle lost quite some level of liquid compared to the other 2 cobalt bottles which were at the same level.
Ugh 2 cases of sweating already.Maybe its because I live quite far away,can’t blame anyone.I have already chosen the fastest method of delivery.
I hope I could have the cobalt ones for the test/exp mones in my next order.I’m confident they’ll ‘survive’ the journey and I’m able to choose the slightly slower shipping option,giving me some extra credit to get more products rather then to spend it on faster shipping.
By the way regarding the Ammo,its the latest version right?Didn’t notice the v1.5 sticker on the bottom which you mentioned.
I just love the Ammo and IS scents.They stand out amongst all other products,and most importantly blends in with them very well.Who needs realm when you’ve got Ammo?Even my male friends compliment the scent.
Can’t wait to try it soon.
