Excellent workout, I feel the addition of the Tak and lowering the P74 amount really grounded my workout, I spent 30min on the bicycle and then cooldown stretches. With the additional 5mcg of P74 and without the TAK it felt like I was in a good mood, focused but not completely in to the workout per say…
With the subtraction of 5mcg of P74 and the addition of 2.5mcg TAK, I was really INTO the cycling, I was adjusting the machine higher on the low settings and leaving the high’s alone, cadence was perfect I felt like a machine.
I know there has been a lot of reports on the forum from way back when about workout mixes or gym mixes, I want to bring something for all of us who are into working out but want a little phero help when it comes to focus on our workouts, strength for our reps especially on that last set, as well as being “in-tune” with ourselves throughout our workout to make sure we are not overly pushing it.
The above mix is by no means completed, it is a work in progress, and I will continue to develop it as such.
This is an idea of what the mix looks like now, but I will be fine tuning it and only referring to it as “WorkOutMix V*” from now on instead of posting the formula here in the journal. I thought I would share how the effects of these molecules work well, but still need more guidance and steering.
I am planning the addition of two molecules for WorkOutMix V.3 and depending on how that does I will try to round it out by version .5 and then see if I can get a basic women’s version started and see if I can get a similar effect for all the ladies.
