I have had changes in my cycle since I started using pheromones but can’t really say or will not say it is the pheromones at all.
Then again, I don’t wear pheromones everyday and only wear Instant shine and P74 when I am on my period which calms me down and takes away the stress.
I am not saying that it didn’t or doesn’t because everyone and different and you should try to note what happens as best as possible.
My cycle has changed once or twice this year but it was due to increase stress and although I use pheromones I wasn’t using at that time.
