Curious to see if they have a shelf life, or are they the same as cologne?
Same as cologne but you do need to keep them in a cool dark place.
Oils like A314 will break down sooner then the alcohol ones but we are talking years.

I am wondering the same thing myself … but if it’s the same as cologne / perfume, storing it in a cool, dark place, away from directly sunlight certainly helps. ![]()
But seriously, how long can we keep this pheros? Does the effectiveness diminish over time? ![]()
Edit: Oops, refresh the page and saw Tisha’s post
… what about the effectiveness, does it get weaker the longer we store it? (assume we store it in a cool dry place)?
I have never seen reports that it gets weaker. Mine dont they actually seem stronger or more cured.
But its hard to say cause most mones I have dont last that long. I use them before then. LOL
Its sort of asking how many licks does it take to get to the tootsie roll center of a tootsie pop. Hell I dont know I always bite it before I get there. ![]()

LOL! Point taken. ![]()
I’ve mentioned it before, but it bears repeating. The bolded part of Tisha’s post above is especially true with composite mixes with pheros and cologne/perfume. While I haven’t tried it with any of Androtics’ experimones or putatives, I have done it with NPA and a couple of fragrances. After several weeks the smells change to a darker, sexier vibe-- even with a lighter, summer fragrance like Issey Miyake-- and the androstenone residual smell is lessened. My experiences with it have been limited to hits that I didn’t realize were hits until after the fact. Seems when you gt used to wearing pheromone-laced cologne, you tend to forget and let your guard down.
One of the early forum pioneers of this was MadisonTate, who pops in every once in awhile, but his journal is legendary. Check it out and look for where he speaks of “compositing”.
