I know this is the men’s forum, but I need a man’s opinion. :slight_smile:

Do you guys like the smell of the pheros or would you prefer them to be covered by some girly perfume?

When I first wore Instant Shine, I asked hubby what he though of my new perfume but all he said was “Oh, THAT’s what smells”:open_mouth: . I thought it smelled ok but would most of you prefer to smell something like, oh let’s say Vanilla, instead? Do you have a favorite perfume that really wants you to stick your nose right into her neck and take a big whiff and say “Baby, you smell REALLY good”? THAT’s what I want!:smiley: Sometime, I may take hubby with me to get a new perfume and let him pick it out but maybe you can give me some tips to get started with. Plz!!!

personally I like flowery scents, but then I have been told I can’t smell anything anyway.
Lighter & sweeter scents are typically best.

Craptree and Evelyn Rosewater is a very good scent.

chocolate, coconut, cookie dough, bratwurst are ok I guess.

i personally luvvv neroli… its such a “clean” flowery scent. flowery cleans scents like that r great

i do remember a friend having a really nice perfume… it was chanel… something like alure… or something that sounds similar.

p.s… who needs perfume as a reason to stick ur nose in a womens neck… it do it anyway :wink:

Now I actually don’t mind the smell of any of the pheros too much (out of TUTH, IO, Ishine, IG, IFM, A314 that I’ve tried) but I can say that they smell a bit unusual, and I was self-conscious at first that they might draw comment. So, I also sometimes slap a few drops of EO on myself; the phero smell is still there, but my excuse if anyone asks (they haven’t though!) is that I’ve been messing with aromatherapy, and have daubed “some stuff, the name of which I can’t even pronounce” on myself.

Typo…or Freudian slip. (my Xwore it, still gives me a woody) that’s what I get, at work, talking on the phone and posting on Pherotalk.

Tranny fluid or racing fuel dose it for me lol…on a more serious note..I LOOOOVE the smell of vanilla on a woman..heck I love the smell of vanilla period..add that with a woman…who knows what may come of it :smiley:

Oh man! Race Blue, that stuff is so smooth! leaves me drooling. I have come close to licking the tailpipe of a car running it, after smelling the exhaust. :smiley:

Ethanol just smells to acrid burning. so Indy is just not the same; but USAC Silvercrown Champcars still run Methanol.
Race blue of stock cars is still the best.

The neroli is OK. So is the chocolatini.

I do prefer a deep perfume.

What happens if you throw in some chocolate or the smell of money … lol?

at first i kinda thought it smelled like something a girl would wear. but now, i really like the smell. i even sniff my wrists every so often cause it smells so good.

Bpal’s Black Opal smells like vanilla with a hint of gasoline on me. I’ll dig up that imp and see how it affects the men here…:slight_smile:

my h bought me some bath and body works black currant vanilla. he was crazy for it. i smelled like an old lady baking pies.
i know its old fashioned, but i looooove the smell of drakkar noir! oooohhhh!

OMG… drakkar noir…I loooooove it too, makes me want to lick his neck!!! (take NOTE guys!) Does not taste good though :open_mouth:

we ARE talking about getting turned on, not getting high, aren’t we? Or both?:stuck_out_tongue:

What do the rest of you think, is vanilla a pretty safe bet? EO instead of a perfume, perhaps?
