I was wondering if one needs to use mones for a specific period of times to get results?
On my end, I only wear when I have specific goals with TGs or business encounter.

That’s exactly when you need to use them then. Whenever you feel it would be most advantageous would be the best time to wear them. Most of the time I’ll just spray them on and forget I’m even wearing them. This way if something good should come up I’m already covered. Whatever way you decide just do what comes natural and feels right to you
