Does Cologne Destroy Pheromones?

I’m just curious to find out if the alcohol contain in most colognes destroy the molecular structure of the mones and if so, doesn’t that affect the effectiveness of the mones?

It would depend on the cologne’s make-up I suppose. But keep in mind that our own products contain alcohol.

Yeah I can’t say that NO cologne can destroy pheromones but none of the ones I use seem to have any negative effects on them. The only thing that might be a negative would be products containing phthalates which are chemicals used in cosmetics to help products retain color and/or scent. In addition to being toxic, it’s possible given the nature and purpose of the chemicals that they might hold pheromones to the skin where applied rendering them useless as mones need to be airborne in order to communicate with a target.

Yea I’m not sure why I asked such question I was just wondering off to lala land earlier today and thought about it. But Johns right to point out that a lot of the products that AD sells contain alcohol. And so far, from what I’ve read, many users have reported positive responses from the product. I just thought I’d ask

It’s interesting though.

Alcohol doesn’t destroy the molecular structure of pheromones. It actually does the opposite and helps preserve them because bacteria is what breaks down the molecular structure and the alcohol wards off the bacteria.
