Whilst I have to admit of being a bit of a noob at mixing, can someone help me?
If I was to mix 1/2 bottle of ISx1 with 1/2 bottle of ISx2, Does that make it the ISx3 strength? Also, what effect would it be by mixing the same product but with different strength ?
Mixing in those quantities is not a good idea - If you get it wrong, you will be left with most of a bottle of useless product.
If you must mix consumer products, stick to togo quantities initially, so if you muck-up, its no great loss.
And mixing IS 2x with IS 1x in those volumes will give something more like IS 1.5x, not IS 3x!
Really, layering the individual products on the skin is much better here but if you must, mixing a couple of days worth in a togo is the other way to start.
Thx for info, ok what will happen if I was to mix 1/4 bottle of ISx1 to 3/4 bottle of ISx2 ??
The only reason I’m asking this question is that I like to clear some shelf space so it would have been reasonable to put the same brand in the same bottle rather than having bits of bottles everywhere?
