The last one I got the bottom of it was loaded with something crunchy that tasted like espresso. It was heavenly, and I was very sorry when it was gone.

I agree, Jim. Chilling chocolate that has melted breaks the temper and ruins it.
Forget trying to firm the chocolate back up. Just dip your fingers into the package and lick them off.
