I felt more difficult to breath.

My combination of IO + AMMO doesn’t cause any negative side effects.

However…yeah.. my internal thoughts consumed me and I became more sensitive to my own thoughts and even missed a girl I had been seeing (never happens otherwise).. but this effect dose go away after using it for a while like with any other self effect that the products have on you.

Did you try spraying Turn Up The Heat on the back of your neck? I’ve read you get better results with the self effects that way…
A lot of the self-effects go away with time.
Hmm - can’t say I’ve had those particular feelings. Maybe a little more social aggression - more outgoing, etc. - as opposed to physically aggressive with people - and I have missed my wife - but then I go find her 'cause I am in the mood …

I would try applying them off your chest, like the IO on your wrists or forearms.
and TUTH on the nape of your neck, or chest next time, see if it was just the combination or where you had them.
Well, it certainly makes you smell like a men, at least a man’s armpits and urine! That alone should banish all girly thoughts. I don’t feel much of anything any more, but I recall 5 years ago androstenone gave me a bit of a machismo buzz. I had visions of kickin’ ass and ravaging virgins and the wives of my adversaries.
