I really enjoyed TAL, it gave me higher status socially, greater range of emotions, a sense of humility, and great responses from other guys 
… it’s funny, women barely seemed to notice me. Great first run! Here is my report!

8:26am - Relaxed
8:30am – Every sound seemed to annoy me; even if just one person started to talked I became agitated like a large group of people were talking to me all at once; people walking near me made me agitated for no reason as well
9:10am – While watching the movie Awakening (which I have seen before) I became emotional to the point were my eyes teared up multiple times (which I don’t do unless its something really sad, like during the Titanic or Defending Your Life 
)
9:35am – Feel very emotional for no real reason and sadness/emotion locked up in my chest
9:45am – I was motivated mainly by how I felt (rather than using logic, as I usually do)
10:50am – Feel more emotionally connected; found things to be more beautiful in general
11:10am – Still felt the emotional pressure in my chest
11:20am – Even the simplest things, such as walking, seemed sensual and beautiful. I felt happy and in sync with everything
Sexual attraction was practically non-existent throughout the test
12:15pm – Had impression of high social status
12:05pm-3:00pm – Felt sociable and was not self-conscious about anything I did (I tend to be very self-conscious)

Additional Notes
- Seemed to raise emotional reaction and therefore empathic responses
- I was extremely cold in most of the classrooms, which may be why it lasted so long
- Men seemed to be nicer/friendlier with me
- TAL seems to give you a feeling of humility, which ironically gives you high social status in the eyes of others and in how you feel
