I recently got an order of pheromones. During the past few days, I tried using the pheromones I ordered: Instant Shine, Instant Openness, Instant Honesty, and Ammunition. I noticed a strange self-effect from using the Instant series: they suppress my appetite. I still feel hunger if enough time passed since my last meal, but I don’t feel like eating. The effect is especially strong within the first hour of applying the products, when I’m feeling a Vicodin-like buzz. (I heard it won’t last long, since my brain is still getting used to higher-than-before doses of pheromones). Now, I’m not complaining; I’m overweight, so it all works out in my favor. But it was pretty interesting to observe that effect in the first place. My guess is that the products, especially Instant Shine, flood by brain with pleasure chemicals, the one that are normally produced during eating (and sex). So as a result, the “need to eat” signals in the brain get short-circuited.
This brings me to my question: does anyone else here experience an appetite-suppressing effect from those product? I’m sure that most people wouldn’t complain, but I’m still curious if it’s just me or not.
There have been reports of appetite supression while wearing pheromones in several threads throughout the forum.
Personally speaking I have noticed that I can easily miss meals when wearing IH and A314 and have to conciously ‘remember’ to eat…
I hope that the effect for you diminishes over time, either that or you could rename your favourite mix of pheromones ‘Instant Slimming’ (I am sure that I stole the title from another thread )
I haven’t noticed it myself, but I’m also known as “the foodmachine” amongst my colleagues I doubt anything with supress my appetite…
I have however heard people on the forum who have noticed the same and who have lost weight. If I’m not mistaken it was River who coined the term “phero diet” I think she has a link in her signature…if not do a search on it
I’ve reported before that A314 seems to suppress appetite but the -nols seem to increase it. I was hopeful for a while that A314 would help me loose some weight but I don’t wear it consistently enough. I’ve decided there is no answer except eat less, exercise more.
