I have a couple of unopened bottles of EOW that I’ve had for awhile, I finally needed to open one.
These were packaged with screw-on tops, with the droppers separate, so it would have probably been after that time when everyone was having problems with leaky bottles.
The problem is, they aren’t “stinky”, or at least the one I opened isn’t (I’m assuming the other to be the same since they came in the same order). It has a chemically smell, but none of the “ripe cheese” odor that I am accustomed to.
Has anyone else had this situation, and if so, what did you do?
Sillykitty, I think I remember one of our members on another forum saying that the formulation has changed. The indole has been taken out, making the new batches a lot less stinky than the old.
If I’m wrong, I’m sure she’ll drop by to put the record straight.
Maybe they made a 1000-gallon order for the old formulation and haven’t used it all yet. I don’t know. But apparently the copulins are as strong as ever.
I’m interested in it too as I’m planning to create some mischief and mayhem at the Christmas parties being held over the coming month.
If your bottle of Eow is from 2009 or late in 2008, Musk is right. He doesn’t miss much, lol.

Indole is (sorry for being blunt) the smell of poop. Astrid Jutte included indole in her original recipe because it is part of the natural range of smells that emanate from that region of the body.
The ORIGINAL batch of EoW used her written recipe exactly. After it was produced and on the market, JV Kohl informed the person who originally made EoW that while Astrid’s recipe did indeed list indole, she never actually added the ingredient when she formulated it herself. (And by the way, as a matter of general interest - her testosterone reaction tests were conducted using ONE DROP of copulins diluted in ONE GALLON of water.)
So, anyway, when the person who originally made EoW brewed up the next batch, he did not include the indole.
It’s truly not that the latest batch is weaker. It still contains the exact amount of (for lack of a better word) pheromone solution as it did before. What has changed is the scent indicator everyone has been relying on to gauge how much they were wearing.

There’s a couple of other stinky molecules in there, that if you put enough of it on (too much of it on) you can probably get an indole-similar smell to come up, but the point is, if you are used to gauging the strength by your nose, you really can no longer do so. You’ll perhaps have to trust your previous experience. If your previous experience told you that 3 drops gave you the reaction you were wishing for, then please, continue to use 3 drops. The copulin strength is every bit as concentrated as it always was. You should get the same reactions as before, you just won’t smell *it *as much.
If we equate the indole note to perfume…it’s not that the phero strength has decreased, it’s that the perfume strength has decreased. It is falsely giving some people the impression that the product is not as concentrated as it was before, which is not the case.
I also checked with the lab this morning regarding the lots/batches that have been brewed since the product was put on the market. I think people are under the impression that there have been more batches than there really are. There have only been three. Total. Period.
From posts I’ve read around the net here and there, it seems that long-time EoW users assume there have been waaaay more than three batches because of scent variation. But remember, we perfume users all know, that AGE has a lot to do with how perfumes smell over time…so does storage method…light, heat, cold, etc. So the perceived differences in the smell of EoW of the same batch may actually be attributed to any of these factors. It does not mean that there is less or more copulin formula in the bottles.

I think it’s because their copulins products are formulated with the oil version of EoW. I have the original oil version and it’s very hard to cover…and on it’s own it really reeks.
IDK if it’s the same formula as the alcohol version of EoW. Because it’s in oil form, perhaps it still includes the indole.

I know. I’m just so used to that stinky smell, without it, it almost seems like something’s missing.
Random thought: That makes me think of how they put the stinky smell in propane or natural gas (like for your gas stove) so that people will know if it’s leaking.
Well, there is something missing…the stinky indole. We were used to the indole smell in there for a long time, lol. As far as we knew the smell was an indication of the strength of the product. So, when it didn’t have that familiar EoW smell we got worried and questioned the efficacy of the “new” batch. Thankfully, someone took pity on us and graciously provided an answer.
I won’t say I miss the stinkier smell. The one w/o the indole is easier to cover. So I can wear lighter perfumes than I’d normally wear to cover the old more stinky EoW. It gives me more choices, not a bad thing. What’s important is it still works w/o the indole.
The new one also hides better when I mix it into my own perfumes.
I have been putting some raw EOW by itself lately. The bottle doesn’t really stink like some said. Anyways, I have some guys avoiding and ignoring me, except this one gay dude. He was SO nice to me; he just kept talking to me today. One dude even hid behind his wife; his wife was all happy and flirty with me, while her man wouldn’t look me in the eyes.
Also, it really repels asian women; I have no idea why. With white women, it is 60/40. 60 percent likes it while the rest don’t mind or don’t like it. Some women literally give u dihl, drool at u, check u out, etc. Mostly white ladies though. A few min ago, I just had a latina giving me dihl.
So any idea what women and men are thinking when I only wear a few drops of eow on myself? Can someone explain my findings?
You probably have the newest batch of EoW without the indole so it’s not gonna have the familiar buttcheese stink the older versions had.
What I wanna know is what kind of impression were/are you looking to make?
EoW is intended to be worn by women but you know that, lol. You’re wearing it alone with no masculine pheromones to balance it out. No wonder they’re lookin’ at ya funny. By wearing EoW, especially alone, the signals you’re sending are confusing to both men and women. That scent coming from a man is incongruent. When men wear feminine molecules, it’s important for them to balance it out with masculine molecules.
This is what the infamous Instant Jerk is about. It’s claim to fame is giving off a bad boy vibe. It’s meant to give the impression you’ve just been with a woman. This is, somehow, suppose to make you more attractive/desirable to other women. Great if you want to give off a player vibe and you encounter women who like/are players. It looks as if you had some success with some women, i.e., drooling, checking you out, DIHL’s. Asians are tricky, lol. So, depending, it can work for or against you.
Just for referrence… asian women, especially young ones, don’t seem to respond positively to high Androstenone signatures. Latina’s/African Americans, on the other hand, usually respond favorably because they’re use to them. Caucasian women can go either way, though you’ll usually have better luck with older ones…or horny/ovulating ones, lol.
Though I don’t know what was up with the gay dude, lol. Because he’s interested in men it would make sense that he’d naturally be attracted to the scent of a man (Androstenone) rather than the scent of a woman (EoW). I don’t know your age but maybe you’re producing a good enough amount of Androstenone to level out/off set the EoW somewhat. Either that or he was just enchanted because you’re such a cutie pie! The straight guys you encountered just didn’t know what in God’s name to make of you.
It’ll be interesting to see what happens when you pair EoW with A314. A314 gives off a respected trusting leader vibe and makes you seem important. And it helps to attract women of higher value/status. (That’s what men should lean to when looking for relationships rather than one night stands. Though an extra dab of Androstenone could be used at the right point to bump up the sexual quotion a bit.) So, I’ll be curious as to how EoW mixes with A314 as compared to the Instant Jerk vibe.
If you’re going for a bad boy image, then using Androstenone with EoW will, of course, give off a heavier sexual vibe. But be careful with how much Androstenone you use. Depending on your age, you should take it easy and use only a drop or two. If you’re over forty and not feeling it’s giving you the hits your looking for you can try adding drops one at a time, working your way up until you hit it. Go slowly to stay outta OD territory. Though even if you’re as old as the hills, you shouldn’t need more than four or five drops.
P93, well, I’d go with either A314 or P93. After you see what one does with EoW, the you can add the other. Don’t wanna mix too much at once or you’ll confuse the issue and possibly mistake one effect for another.

The reason I wore EOW alone is that I had read somewhere that couplins can increase men’s testosterone level.
I think it does work a bit, lol. I kind of took a nap with a dash of EOW on my sofa, and I woke up feeling with much energy and somewhat horny. I noticed my skin got even nicer and my muscles got thicker.
Do you think EOW would go well with AMMO or TUTH? I don’t want to use IJ
Copulins are a little different then your regular pheromones. The actual scent acts as a memory trigger.
The gay dude should not even have been affected by copulins in fact it should have repelled him as they do not like the scent or find it attractive at all. They are attracted to men.

It has not been proven to raise it when worn by men. There is some sort of chemical reaction or a sensory reaction going on with copulins. You need both the women and the copulins. But more testing really needs to be done in this area.
Look up the Astrid Jutte studies for more info as well.
On a man it just smells like you just got laid. Plain and simple. Some women will look at that as your in demand and some women will be turned off by this.
Men have reported arousing dreams while using copulins but I believe the actual smell triggers this not a rise in testosterone.
You could wear a drop with AMMO or A314. It wont feminize it in any way but it will give a player bad boy vibe. Sort of the man slut. Some women may find that attractive others wont.
Keep testing though. I do suggest you dilute it some instead of wearing it straight you may have better results this way.

Yep, copulins can increase testosterone levels in men by up to 150% within 15 minutes of exposure if worn by a woman. We lump copulins in with pheromones but they’re actually comprised of fatty acids.
I agree, I think the copulins did effect you in a way because of what you heard and you had a placebo effect which predisposed you to the…um…muscular reaction. Wearing Androstenone can actually increase your testy levels.
If you want to project a bad boy vibe, then you can go with either AMMO/A314/TUTH. Just remember that TUTH has no social buffers, it’s straight Androstenone. Less is more in all cases.
TAA and A314 is a great combo. A314 alone can put off people. Together, TAA balances A314 and makes you more approachable while they’re respecting you!
I don’t think P93 gives off a gay vibe. At least I haven’t experienced it, but I’m not a guy who’s using it around gay guys. P93 is motivating but I don’t usually use it in social situations because of the self effects. Though it motivates me to get things done, it has a tendency to give me an all business/no nonsense attitude and that takes the fun social aspect out of it for me. Of course, your mileage will vary because you’re you…not me, lol.
yea, p93 seems to increase attraction and make girls a bit more flirty and comfortable.
