I would also suggest you to look at ElectraComplex’s and Diane’s journals above.
Diane is very scientific about her tests and experiments, it’s very thorough and detailed with the mcg and all.
ElectraComplex has written alot of reports, self-effects and reactions. I think she even mixed it with oil (I’m not sure - but I kind of remember so). She might drop in to answer your question, if not I highly recommend you checking out her journal.

My friend remmy (she is not an active member here at the moment) tried it and really liked it. And she’s a picky gal, so if she liked it, it must be good

Yep mixed mine w oil 20 ml oil to 10ml of est for the 50mcg dose.Lol I was going to use dianes method directly but hit a money snafu and my impatient streak flared.
I think the “oil” is dpg or cymethicone based because instead of separating like i would have expected it to it blended perfectly w the est which is ethanol based.

I’m sensitive to the est so I ended up cutting mine down more so its 25mcg now.
