It’s time for the old “War horse” to get out of the paddock and back into the frey again!
I lost my wife of 27 years 3 years ago, and since then I have become aware that my once broard group of attatched friends has dwindled to just about zero.
I had attained the statis of “the rouge male”. ie. The unattatched and therefor untrustworthy male of the species, not to be let near any of the females, for fear that he might pounce on someones spouce as soon as their back is turned and have his wicked way with her!!! Nothing said, mind you, but the eyes following me when ever I got too close was like them forming a circle around their woman folk. It was starting to get a bit too obvious.
So, I did what any red blooded aussie bloke would do. Told em all to “get well n trully f**ked!!!” (can’t find an icon with middle finger extended) and left.
Now, here’s the problem. I’ve been a long time out of the saddle. Disco no longer rules. My once shiny armour, is just a bit rusty and dented, hairs thinning & grey and I hate to admit it, but, I just could be a few pounds over my fighting weight… Aint time a bitch???
So, can anybody out there help a “sexy senior citizen” as apposed to “dirty old man”, by explaining which 'mone does what? and what affects they have on Him? and Her?
Sort of “'Mones For Dummies” you might say.

well the above combi isn’t for sex appeal but rather on the social aspects but i’m guessing it could be a good start for you to just go out and enjoy yourself first. i’ve used this combo quite a lot and i don’t see why it can not be as good if not better than most of the sexual mixes. when you have a nice conversation rolling along, it can lead to a world of opportunities. trust and bonding is what i feel to be most important!

You have first class advice above but I will suggest that at your age, it might be worth getting the Heavy or 2x version of Amm.
The reason is that as we age, our none output falls and as a woman ages, her none tolerance rises. So unless you are looking to attract a very young woman, it is likely that a woman over her mid 30s will be quite comfortable with a higher none level.
To that end, I wouldn’t rule out TUTH entirely but you will need to moderate it with a social like IS, IO or IH to avoid the “walking hardon” vibe. Equally, a small amount of TUTH, combined with A314 is an excellent mix for attracting women in their 40s and above - esp the ones who are looking for a man of status and unashamed sexuality.
