for self improvement you can also try to just pick up a new hobby/skill where you can get group lessons, so you’ll get a lot of contact and exposure. This has helped me a lot in the past. (basically I started taking dancelessons. Started by focussing on dancing itself and along the way i learnt to talk to people a bit better as my confidence grew along with the skills.
So try something new and take beginners classes, since then everyone will be starting out and be quite as bad as you

welcome to the site. Hey I am a very bad dancer myself LOL. I have learned to just be myself and not afraid to laugh at myself either.
I usually suggest the Men’s Ultimate kit as you would get all the items and a whole lot more to try. This is the best and most economical way to go as it is really about testing for you to see what is best for you.
A lot of the products were described and I will just try to guide you in at least the right direction. I will only list a few, but there are a lot of them that can help you out, I will just the list the ones you will get the most out of starting out.
