First day on Ammo and IShine: skin or shirt, to-go spray size, and no effect?

Just got my mones today and used them for the first time. Ordered togo sized bottles of ammo and IShine. I also received a togo of tuth for free. However I have a couple of questions.

When you spray a pheromone to your chest do you spray it on your bare chest or the shirt?
Got confused when I went to apply today.

Is 1 spray from a togo equivalent to 1 spray from a regular bottle?
Figured this would be useful to know when trying to test for my sweet spots.

And is it possible that pheromones will never work for someone?
I tried some out today and noticed no difference other than feeling initially energetic but quickly this turned into groggyness. Saw nothing out of the ordinary from other people. I know that this is only 1 day and I am overreacting big time, but is it possible that I will never experience the results that others do?

App points are a subject of much discussion TBH.

Generally I would use them by spraying on the skin in places where you get the best body heat/exposure/airflow - This would include the neck, throat, upper chest, pulse points on wrists and forearms, depending on clothing.

Broadly, I work by applying none from the centre - out (partly for self effects) and socials from the extremities - in and that does me well enough.

However, with TUTH in a more social/clubbing environment, quite a number of people have reported good results from spraying it on the chest under a shirt/t-shirt. I have wondered if this slows the diffusion and offsets its overt sexuality to a degree that makes it more usable in a social environment? Saying that, when I wear it with A314 to clubs, I will usually apply TUTH to my throat but that may well reflect my age and the age of the women I meet in the clubs I frequent - mainly over 30s who are liable to be a lot more comfortable with an overt none signature compared to younger women.

Applying pheros to clothing - yes, it is a very valid option, esp in warmer places that help diffusion. I started using pheros that way with beta androstenol but found you needed a fairly high dose to get the same results as skin application.

Another thing to remember when applying pheros is that androstenone has a strong affinity for hair and binds strongly, making it difficult to remove so possibly leading to buildup/smelly problems that can skew your sweet spot. So be careful to avoid hair when applying any phero that breaks down to none - This includes A1 and andrestenols OTOH.

The togo spray volume is smaller - about 85% of that from a bottle OTOH.

Yes, depending on whose figures you choose to belive, anywhere between 15% to 30% of people are non-responsive or to some degree, respond on the lower end of a scale. Several reasons proposed, notably atrophied genes.

With IS and nols, I do find that you can feel good, then get a bit giddy and finally feel a bit tired/run down after a few hours but that is usually at a much higher dose and after at least one re-application. IS self effects are noted to be the strongest on first application though, so it is not beyond possibility that the crash is most apparent then too.

You will get results when you find your sweet spot and if you are congruent with the phero signature, however it won’t be the same for all people and maybe the people most affected will surprise you - pheros can hit any person you meet at any time. So do keep trying and get yourself out to meet new people as much as you can.
