I think the standard recommended arsenal for guys just starting out would probably be Ammo, instant shine, and either instant honesty (my fav) or instant openness.
But like looifookmeng said, it somewhat depends on your personality and where you see your strengths and weaknesses are in terms of interacting with people. Also your objective: help in breaking the ice in conversations, enhancing attractiveness, gaining respect at work , sex (with someone new), sex in a LTR, etc.

Hi, I strongly believe in evolutionary psychology and I have no doubt that phermones and other indicators of fitness played a big role in our ancestors ability to reproduce and survive for millenia. Personally I am interested in seeing if these substances actually do help make men more attractive to women today. A side benefit, anything that can enhance my own social life I support wholeheartedly. I’m a pretty outgoing person and sometimes I think that I need to be a little cooler when approaching the opposite sex. Anything that helps women be more attractived to me I am willing to try. Hi there, ronsef! I’d suggest you start out with IShine and IH. If you want to ‘see’ if these ‘actually’ work for you. IShine gets me a feeling of contentment and others around me feel comfortable. I’ve also been told that I have a youthful vibe when I’m wearing IShine.
IH is more of a bearing of the other person’s feelings. I have to apply, normally to my wrists and tops of my hands to minimize the IH effect on me. I can start gushing stuff when I wear it on my neck! 
I think that IShine can help if you’re coming in too hot with your approach so that the other person isn’t as intimidated, by your approach…
