I’ve spent nearly 25 years working in or around the customer service industry. Today I received my first shipment from the SmartMones store. In all that time, I’ve rarely happened across a company that can honestly say that going above and beyond the customer’s expectations is the rule rather than theory but the SmartMones Store has it nailed! Not only did I promptly and correctly get precisely what I ordered, Jamie also graciously included a to-go bottle of Instant Honesty and a tasty sample of a Toblerone chocolate bar! The economy has tightened everyone’s wallet/purse, except maybe that of the politicians, but I can guarentee everyone one thing: I will be making future orders from the SmartMones store and encouraging everyone I know who values a great deal, a wonderful product that works, and honest-to-God awesome customer service to patronize the incredible organization that is the SmartMones store!
