Yes, I agree with Gone with the wind. A good starting point would be to use Ammo alone, or possibly with IO or IH to buffer it. I woild also recomend using each by themselves for a day each to get a baseline on how they affect you, and others within your “cloud”.
I personally would also highly suggest A314 when is back in stock. I wear this alone alot and I get wondrful results. The self effects are amazing, I completely come out of my shell and it gives me a total rockstar vibe. If I see a woman that I am attractive to, I have no inhibitions, I feel comfortable approaching and opening a conversation, or just make a comment in general, or in passing. Most women love the attention from a man, as long as you dont start humping them in the elevator (uninvited that is 
)
Here is an example. I am a people watcher. A lot of times, when wearing -mones, I will notice an attractive woman who is dressed nicely. I particularly like the high leather boots that a lot of the gals are wearing these days. If I notice a woman wearing these that look nice, or sexy, I will comment to them directly “I really like your boots” or “cool boots”. 99 times out of 100 they will reply thank you and add something to the conversation, and you are off to the races.
Now, you will read a lot of comments on here about being “congruent” with your phero signature. I took me a while to get the full meaning of what they meant by that. Using the above scenario, if we are at a store or office building, or an elevator- basically going about our day, I would let the comments stand on their own. I make the compliment, get the response, and the elevator door opens and we go on our merry way. But in a club, or a bar, or a party, it would be normal to follow up on the compliment/response and potentially carry on a conversation, ask her to dance, buy her a drink, initiate some kino, etc. I guess it is really about having the “appropriate” response for the situation. Dont layer on pheros that scream “ALPHA MALE!” then go sit in the corner on your hands. Or, wear a high dose of Tuth and start hitting on chicks during church. I think you get the idea. Congruent. Good word..
One last thing, if you are in the mode where you want to prove to yourself that pheros work, try some Instant Jerk, or my favorite, P75 alone and head to a crowded bar, and notice the positive hits from the ladies, and the funny looks from the guys. Once you are convinced, then start thinking about how best to wear these things, so that you get the results that you want.
