well what’s the name brand?
if i ever see any kids hawking them outside my grocery store, i jsut might chip off the 5bucks or whatever they charge for them.
I doubt you will. They are foreign. I will find out the brand name though. All it will take is one phone call to my old spanish teacher.

well no wonder. european chocolate is a whole different ballgame. Seems like all the usual candy bar brands that are in the fundraiser catalogues taste like plastic, with a hint of wax.
The best thing about the candy bar sales were that you could sell most of them in between classes. Everybody wanted them, and the teachers would let you eat them in class.
I walked by Safeway and girl scouts were selling cookies. Those girls were set on selling their cookies… Being so innocent… And using those puppy dog eyes… I ended up buying some cookies.
But… but… My God, man… THIN MINTS! And… and SAMOAS!!!
Well, okay, I guess they do seem a bit top-heavy on the cookie selling angle. Don’t get me wrong, I’m personally all for capitalism, but leave the learning of it to college and professional networking.
I don’t know if it’s a nationwide thing, but up here we have a group that does “Operation Cookie Drop” during GS Cookie selling season. You buy a box, and it gets sent out to the troops on deployment. I figure if nothing else, it’s good for morale.
