I happened along this forum and am interested in learning more about pheromones.
I plan on doing a lot more reading through the forum posts, but can anyone recommend any websites with a broad overview of pheromones in general so I can get a general idea about the subject. I’m sure there are a lot of sites that are hype or scams so I was hoping to find a place where I can learn more about the subject.
As far as myself is concerned, I’m 47 years old, Asian and living in the Bay Area of California. I am recently divorced and am looking to get back into the dating scene, hence my interest in the subject.
Hey Thalion, welcome! I am glad that you are interested in the science side of pheromones as well. One of the good resources is a book “The Scent of Eros” by James V Kohl. He also has a website at http://www.pheromones.com which contains some good information and links to many research articles. For real-life practical info I have found no better place than this forum. Meanwhile, I guess what I’m looking for is to try pheromones in three different types of situations:
General everyday use. Looking to generate some interest and attraction whether it be at the office, the supermarket, the park… wherever women are around.
Dating. Looking to possibly establish a LTR moreso than a casual date.
Intimacy. Progressing past the intial stages of first dates and move on to more intimate situations.
Does age factor in to pheromone use, both for me and for women? As I mentioned earlier, I am 47 years old and am mostly interested in more mature women… mid 30’s and up.
Also, does ethnicity play a role… again both for me (Asian) and the women?

Welcome Thalion! you’ve had some most excellent advice (as always) from nbully79. I was just going to second the TUTH and Ammunition recs, because you are probably the ideal user - generally speaking, Asian men over 30 can probably get away with the higher level of androstenone in these products, easier than most.
I also really love A314 and IFM, 2 of my favorite products and I think they’ll serve you well.

The To-Go size is a good way to get started and try out some different things and get a feel for how all this works. They are 5 ml, which is 40 sprays. For most products that are not heavy in -none, 2 to 3 sprays is a good place to start, but with -none, you might want less, or even possibly more depending on how it works for you. Best bet is start with a small dose and see what happens, then increase as tolerated!
I don’t remember reading much about Heavy Ammo, but the store says if you’re over 30 you could consider it, so I’ll say it could be a good choice for you.
One thing to consider is your “targets” … as a broad generalization, Asian women are not as receptive or attracted to androstenone as say, Black, Latino or white women (in that order). There are always exceptions, of course, and actually you can’t lump all Asians together either, as there is a lot of variation. One of our members, Gegogi (a Korean American guy who’s over 40 also) has posted a good bit about this subject on another forum, Love-Scent.
