Cheers! I’ve been lurking for a week or so and finally decided to join. Pheromones were always something I heard about and had a basic understanding of, but my eyes were opened wide when I found the forum here. It’s some pretty amazing information.
I’m a 31 year old male and I was a major introvert for most of my life, however over the past six months I have made a conscious effort to push outside that and remold my mental capacity for conversation and personal interaction. I have come a long way in that time and am now comfortable in most group settings and have little issue with maintaining or even steering conversation. I am most comfortable in 1 on 1 discussion or small (2-4 person) groups, so I still struggle a bit in large groups.
I am taking the dive into pheromones as a way to get a little more edge in my personal relationships (work, romantic, platonic, etc). I love to experiment and learning for it’s own sake is a very fulfilling activity for me so I am willing to try a lot of things. I have been researching the A314 quite extensively and I think I’m going to start there, possibly adding some AMMO for nights out.

For work and romance yes I’d definitely get some A314 at 31. It’s respect in a bottle, will help you gain authority at work for sure. Also women from late 20s and up really love this stuff. They’ll see you as a catch (androsteRone in there signals ‘high value’). I’d try a to-go of the B spray first - effects are more blatant so easier to figure out how the product works for you. You can always invest in the oil later. As you’re an introvert be careful not to use too much A314. It’s quite intimidating and if you wear to much you’ll just scare people away and isolate yourself. Try to be outgoing with A314 on and let people know it’s ok to talk to you. Adding a social too A314 would be a good addition if a lot of interaction is needed (IShine and IH are both good additions).
For nights out Ammo would be good yes. For a more mature attraction mix you can also add TUTH to your A314. If you hang out with younger girls (early 20s) this combo is a bit too intense though - Ammo is better choice here.
I’m definitely after the 18-25 range most of the time. The coffee shop I spend some of my leisure time at is mostly populated by a younger college crowd. Is Ammo with the A314 a solid mix for that? Obviously some (not all) of them are initially put off by my age, but I’m fairly high energy so I don’t think I come across as the tired/boring “old” guy most of the time. Would something to add comfort be useful here? I know the early 20s women are more about excitement than comfort and provisioning, but is there a 'mone that might give a little help to my game?
For gaming girls in that age range avoid A314. It’s too high status, intimidating, and not very social or ‘fun’. This product really starts to work on girls that are developing a more mature outlook on life, i.e. after college. I’m convinced it is possible to attract girls in that age range with A314 and some social steering, but that would mostly be the more serious/calm wallflower types that only want a LTR. A314 signals that you’re a keeper. If you want to attract more adventurous types - party girls and such - Ammo is a much better choice. It has a more sexy stud vibe, less mature than A314. Add IShine to Ammo and you have a classic mix that has always worked well for me around college aged girls. IShine gives you an approachable/fun vibe, and has a nice youthful/healthy glow to it. Definitely adds some comfort to Ammo in the right ways. For a coffee shop environment this is probably the best mix to starth with. If we’re talking game Attraction>Rapport>Seduction, what this combo does is it gives you a boost in initial attraction. You still have to put in the work and build rapport, ask for her number etc.
In more high energy / party environments you can think of adding MX297 to that mix.
At work A314 has no competition. If you have the funds, try a to-go of the B spray.
My first order was AMMO + IShine + A314 B spray. Self-effects of the latter are amazing and will make you a believer in mones.

I’ve read up on the A/B of A314 and the only differences I see listed are the strength. Is that all there is?
Yes the A and B sprays have the same formula of mones. The A spray hits harder. Not sure why. Either there is an extra putative in there that makes it hit harder, or the concentration is slightly higher.
I’d go with the B spray. A version never worked for me. It’s so strong it makes people run for the hills… They just don’t want to talk with you. If you want to impress a large crowd, e.g. when you have to give a lecture or something, I can see it being useful. For everyday interactions: too intimidating.
