it’s not only that obvious smell - that’s just cover scent. It does another job as well, as it carries the pheromone molecules and helps diffuse them. But it’s those molecules that do the “magic”.
Yes you can mix those products, maybe not all of them at once 
Like, A314 and IG have some similarities, and they are both based on androsterone (the “authority and trustworthiness” molecule) which can be easy to overdose - you don’t want that. Same with TUTH and Ammo - it is androstenone (“sexual arousal” pheromone) in this case. Overdosing is not good, it repels women and can make other man aggresive…
Now, about that shyness… Pheromones highlight you. They also suggest certain qualities. Yes they can help you being approached more. But - if you wear a pheromone signature suggesting that you’re open, confident and chatty, it will look weird if you don’t approach other people. You have to be congruent with signal. Pheromones are one of the signals you send, but not the only one. If those signals are mixed and contradictory, people get confused and can actually avoid you. But then, pheromones can help in overcoming shyness - as they make you more confident about what the outcome of the approach can be. They do work, so there’s better chance that you’ll get a positive response
