I have a couple of questions, hopefully some of you would be able to answer them, how do you know based on your age which products (and sprays and where to apply them) are good your you ? (or is it the same for everyone?)… Ideally I would like to try 2 things, a product or combination of them that will help me, either have better chances of getting with someone I already know, or somebody new that I can meet through a friend or in a club …

I would suggest Instant Shine, it will both help with your shyness and make you “shiny” to those around you, you might also want to look at Instant Gentleman to give a cool guy image.

In your case, i would probably recommend the two products Ammo and Come Talk to Me (mix 2). Welcome to the forum. Age plays in because younger people naturally make more pheromones, so you need less. Young guys often want to overdo stuff like androstenone when they already make plenty and more will just scare the girls off and get them into fights with other guys.
However, each person has to sort of experiment to find that out. The most popular men’s products for those new to Androtics are probably Ammo and instant shine. The latter is for both genders so I have used it. I is a general “make everybody happy” kind of product.

So your looking to start out with a combo of 2 things. AMMO for attraction and IO will have the most pull. I suggest you start with these two. CTTM is a bit harsher without the attraction mones that IO has to steer it. Its grabs attention but IO grabs attention and draws them in.
Your 26 so any product can be used by you. High amounts of anone such as Double AMMO or TUTH 5.0 are more for the man over 35 to 40 who may have a lower anone level and doesn’t want to over scent but the original ammo and tuth are fine.
How many sprays has to be tested by you. Everyones natural mone production is a little different so what works for one person in dosage may not for the next. So start with one product at a time and use 1 spray then work up to find your sweet spot.
Application points… Pulse points, neck, chest, Back of neck, hair, forearms anywhere on the body that heats up excluding pits and groin.
