You answered a few of the questions required for the 25 GC but it just isnt there yet. Your going to have to put a little more effort than that.
What do you hope pheromones will do for you? As in what do you hope in accomplishing from using pheromones? Do you want better communication with women or your girlfriend? Perhaps a better sexual life or more attraction. Where do you plan on using the pheromones? What is your personality like?
Some suggestions would be ammunition for attraction. Instant openness and instant honesty for communication. A314 for respect and higher class. Instant shine would be a lovely addition to any of those as it pairs nicely with all products.
I’m 39, 6’4" and 240 lbs. I am very outgoing and love to make people laugh. I have been told that I am a natural comedian. For starters it’s good that you’re outgoing, that will help you a ton!
I would start with some of the instant line. I would get Ammo, IH, and IShine. Ammo is a great attractant and is sexual, but buffered with socials so that you can wear it almost anywhere. IH is great cause it gets people comfortable around you and can get quite chatty. IS would be great cause it gives off a fun youthful vibe that no one can deny is great.

Definitely AMMO to start off. You might want to look into getting double strength, but judging for your physical makeup, you might be in shape enough that you produce enough Androstenone (1/3 of AMMO, and mostly in TUTH and Instant Jerk) that you can just use the single spray. It’s so versitile you can just spray and go. Now the majority of the time, it’s not go ing to be in your face blatant hits. I don’t know how good you are at reading people’s reaction, but if you are, you will notice there is a higher incidence of attaction with AMMO. Yes they are more subtle but they definitely are there.
Instant Honesty is another favorite of mine. Instant Honesty for your stage is perfect IMO. It’s because conversations are deeper, more meaningful, and there are more bonding effects with it. For someone your age, it’s probably the better choice over Instant Openness.
And finally, pick up some Instant Shine. Imagine a time when you were pumped/excited about something and translate that feeling to you for self effects, and to others when they are exposed, that’s how I view Instant Shine as.
Oh sorry, one more last thing. TUTH works well, and that’s when you’re past the comfort stage and things are progressing further.

Io and IH would be good for you, man. IO would make others open up and IH would increase trust and intimacy. I would also add IS to increase your youth and charisma and make others feel good around you.
At your age, A314 or IG is good. A314 would make you real alpha, but since you are shy and already big I would start off with IG. Have fun and good luck!

As said before it’s a great thing you are already outgoing. Getting back in the game after being divorced will be challenging but life on a whole is a challenge so what’s one more to over come and make you stronger.
