First time user here, just received my spray bottles of A314 1.23B, Ammo, and Instant Openness. Looking forward to learning about the best way to use these, both while at work and when going out.
I’m in my late twenties, male, living in an urban area in the mid-Atlantic. I’ve recently graduated from a professional school and finally have the time to go out and have fun. Typically I am introverted and reserved, but recently have been working on developing my inner game. Research has led me to this forum, and after reading some posts here, I decided to give it a try.
You have got yourself some good pheromones there. Please tell us more specific about your purpose of using pheromones. Is it for sexual, respect, feel good, social, etc.
With more information, we can give you better recommendations.
It’s recommended that you try each product on it’s own for yourself so that you can see how each thing works and what the best dosage is for you. That being said I could definitely give you some tips on how each product works and where it’s best used to help get you started. A314 can actually be fairly intimidating which can decrease socialization but it is an amazing product so most members use more at work (as in a higher dosage) and less when they’re out on the town. There are definitely exceptions to this rule though. Ammo is very well balanced and is appropriate almost anywhere but you may want to use less at work and more when going out. Instant Openness is great for breaking the ice and helping as a social lubricant but the signal it gives off can actually slightly weaken the alpha vibe of A314 so I wouldn’t recommending going too heavy with it at work. All in all those three product together will make a very good mix, you just have to figure out the best dosages for your body chemistry and each particular situation.
Nice set of mones you’ve gotten there. As BM mentioned, trying them out individually would be best so you can see what each mone does on you and those around you, without trying to see, was that an AMMO hit or IO?!? Was that respect hit from the AMMO or the A314? So, you see, that is a good way to find out what a mone does whenever you start using one.
NOW, some will go all crazy and spray and spray several times of their product and just have fun! Enjoy the mone hits as they come! Many, including myself, take this tack, get it out of our system, and then do the ‘sweet spot’ testing mentioned by BM.

Let me give you some more background on my situation, and I’d like to hear your advice.
One of the reasons for me buying the mones is to be more social in large group situations, such as parties, bars, etc.
Another reason is for work. I work in a small, mostly male office. I am respected in the office, and all interactions are friendly and pleasant. A recent addition was a female coworker who appears to be giving me some IOIs, and we’ve had some good interactions at happy hours and lunches. Of course since it’s a small office work environment, I’m being cautious with proceeding.
This was all before I got the pheromones, so I’m wondering if I should use any to enhance these interactions, or just let things play out as they are? The scent of the products is pretty strong too, so I wouldn’t want it to be too noticeable, and I wouldn’t want any negative reactions from my coworkers either.
You said you can be somewhat shy so I would use IG instead of A314 since if you are shy A314 seems not to give the desired responses. That is for the oil not sure about the spray.
For office love and attraction you can use Ammo to give off that masculine vibe and to boast your confidence. Instant honesty to make her feel she can trust you and for that closeness.
