Hey, Im an 18 year old guy from the UK and I am completely new to this whole idea of pheromones. Iv’e always been a bit nervous, especially when talking to girls, and have recently ended my long term relationship and feel rather low.
I have become close to many women, but always tend to fall into the friend gap- Im looking for something that will stop this either happening, or make me seem more masculine and therefore attractive.
I mainly want to use it in a going out sort of atmosphere, meeting new people in clubs etc.

If your shy I really believe you would benefit from socials such as instant openness. It helps you overcome your shyness and helps you be more approachable.
A314 isn’t as social, but it does command respect. A more social variant is IG, which may also give you a bit more confidence too.
IH is good for when you have made a connection with someone and want to have more deeper and meaningful conversations. But for starting conversations you deficiently want IO.
There is also a social sexy product called ammo, I think this should be only a maybe because the younger you are the less effective it will be for you.
