Happy 2012 Pherotalk

I want to say Happy New Year to everyone in the Pherotalk family and make a request.

I want to touch on a subject close my heart. Farming LOL You all know I come from a farm family. One that has not been corrupted and contaminated by industry. I know big deal right… I don’t give it shit it has nothing to do with me… I know most of you here probably don’t even think about your food, where it comes from and whats been done to it, What we are told is good for us and what we are told is bad for us. We just think of food in the sense of taste. Whats yummy and whats nasty. How to get it cheaper and easier. Cheap and easy is really turning into the American way of life. They should write it on our money. I occasionally fall victim to the mentality myself. Who doesn’t love yummy processed food and easy cheap stuff.

However if we don’t wake up and do so right now in 2012 all those predictions of “the end of the world” we all keep hearing about will come. It just wont be as you imagine the end to be. It will be the end of life as we know it. The end of health as we know it. The end of your freedom of choice on what you put in your body. The lose of the control of your food.

Henry Kissinger once said “control the food supply and you control the world” He was right, we all need it to survive. We all need quality untainted food to stay healthy. We need to control what we put in our bodies and are allowed to grow and raise. We need to control our own world … Not Monsanto.

Monsanto by the way is a corporation that is trying to corner the market on our food, the food we feed our animals and seeds and seed crop. They are evil of the worst kind.

While chemistry is wonderful and amazing as we see with pheromones or life saving medicines (not all meds) its not always a good thing. Not on the level that is occurring with our food. Some can say “well you use mones, those are chemicals” Yes but I have a choice to use them or not. If I thought for one minute they were dangerous I could not use them again ever if I chose to. The choice is mine. The choice with our food has been slowly taken away without notice right under our noses. Unless we wake up we wont have a choice. I don’t believe the choices being made by our leaders are right for human kind. Its not a conspiracy and I am not some weird conspiracy theorists. I think its greed and ignorance.

This year take the time to really look at your food. Look at what happening to the health of people around you. Obesity, diabetes, heart disease, auto immune diseases, cancer and more are all on the rise. Why ? Why is it happening more and more. Whats different then before ?
Is it because we are all weak unhealthy gluttons or is there something we are not paying attention to. Something they have been not telling you.

Look at your food people >>>>>> really see it.

Take 1 hour of your life and watch this. It may be a bit boring to some and you may think it does not pertain to you but if you eat (and I know you do) it pertains greatly to you and the future of your health and the health of your children. It also pertains to every Farmer in the world. Every Gardner, every lover of nature.

The World According to Monsanto | Watch Free Documentary Online

Also if you have netflix rent Food Inc. in the documentary section. I cant find it free online or I would share the link.

I am not asking people to become activists and go protest or anything like that unless you want to. I don’t know squat when it comes to politics. I know nature, farming and food though and I know whats safe and whats not safe, I know whats right and whats wrong and I know one big reason disease is spreading.

We can all help though. Vote for one. Let your congressmen and women know you wont stand for it, that you don’t like it. Vote with your money as much as you can afford. Buy organic, buy hormone free, avoid soy and corn ( the biggest GMO crop) and products with soy and corn in them, Ask at the store if there are GMO’s in your food. They cant tell you but that’s the way Monsanto wants it. They don’t want it on the labels, they don’t want you to know and the FDA and the USDA is just going along with them.

Its my hope and belief that 2012 is the year of awakening. Wake up, find out where your food is coming from and speak up.

Just for reference

You can find local farms near you by checking Eatwild.com

It can be cheaper in the long run to buy fresh and direct. Sure its not as easy as running into the supermarket but your health is worth the effort.

Farming is a way of life as old as time. Save your local farmer and save your health at the same time.

OK my post is done but believe me my rant is not nearly over. No one fucks with my families farm without one hell of a fight.

Thanks

Tisha

I have Acid Reflux and I know it’s because of all the chemicals in food today. It’s not mechanical because the doctors did all the tests and didn’t find anything. Everything functions fine. They put HFCS in everything and I don’t understand why. It is really hard to find anything without it.

Anyway, Happy New Year!

Happy NewYears to you too…

There is so much that can be said about this topic, and on the grand scheme of things corruption in a whole leading to poor decisions for humanity.

It might even be at a point that reaction won’t happen until serious issues arise and even then all the media is owned by those who have financial motivations…

If there is anything I learned last year and through the past few days of reflection. On a more immediate one on one basis is that you can’t stop others from making mistakes, only inform them. I used to think anything is fixable but its really a factor of the other persons will.

The big companies are trying to mass kill us, thats why theres hfcs in almost all our foods. let me make a long story short for you… corn is like a sponge it uptakes all the crap in the soil, including metals. corn contains mercury in small harmless amounts. but if you eat stuff made with corn products every day “hfcs” that small doses of mercury adds up. and mercury kills very very slowly. trust me im FARMER JON… on a better note HAPPY NEW YEAR

Not to mention that HFCS (high fructose corn syrup for those who dont know) is highly addictive and targets the same systems in the brain as heroin. People become addicted to the products so they buy more. They put it in foods that have no need for sugar simply to get you addicted so you will buy more.

Don’t get me started on Low fat LOL, Low fat processed foods are the biggest scam going.

The cholesterol issue is a myth disproved in countless studies but Doctors are still prescribing Statin drugs to people who don’t need them. Its the single biggest money maker for the pharmaceutical companies. These drugs are causing all sorts of other problems with the brain. If you cholesterol is to low you have no fuel for the brain. Its a huge part of what your brain runs on for fuel Its why you see so much more Alzheimer’s, depression, anxiety, parkinson’s and other brain related problems presently. Your brain is like a engine it needs fuel to run. What happens when your running real low fuel (oil and gas) in your car ? The engine sputters then ceases up.

You couldn’t pay me enough money in the world to take statin drugs. I talked to the FDA about this when I spoke to them about there latest bullshit ruling on HCG for weight lose which works and is safe but cant be patented or reproduced to make a profit on and they got a little pissed at me LOL They could not produce one study conducted independently of the pharmaceutical companies creating and selling these drugs to support there stance. Its incredible the ignorance that is coming out of that place.

You’re so sexy when you get like this. You tell them, Tisha.

Americans have no standards for food except lots and cheap. About 6 months ago, I saw some food statistics. 33% of Canadians (who have food policies similar to the US) and 25% of Americans were made ill by food they ate, meanwhile those “socialist” Europeans, well in Britain the figure was 3% and for France it was 2% made ill by food because of the standards they set. Just think back to all those food “recalls” we had here, they became so commonplace they barely rippled in the news. Meanwhile, in Europe they had one recall, and this was so rare that it was front page “above the fold” news.:open_mouth:

we just gota grow our own food, thats what its comming down too :frowning:

Funny you should write that! Actually before all this crap started happening we did grow our own foods. People were healthy back then too. So its not a matter of it coming down to it, its a matter of us no longer having an excuse to be lazy. We either make a choice to live or die.

BTW Monsanto is the same company who created Agent Orange and then fought tooth and nail against those men and women who suffered and ultimately died from it.

Here’s a good question if anyone can answer.

Local water has fluoride. I don’t believe in forced medication. I can buy spring water, but then I’d subject myself to BPE plastic bottles and not very eco friendly.

Alternatives and suggestions if anyone has them. There are no filtration systems in the world that remove fluoride. To small a molecule!

If there is somewhere convenient to move that doesn’t use fluoride…

Another huge mistake no one paid attention to. Now many of the public water supplies are contaminated and there is no way to fix it.

Fluoride falls right between lead and arsenic in toxicity. However its not something that’s found naturally. Its created from Fluorine a corrosive gas. It is in fact poison.

Now its in drinking water and in every product sold that uses water like juice, soda etc etc. Now if I handed you a glass of water and told you “there is just a tiny bit of arsenic in it but it shouldn’t kill you” would you drink it ? I mean its just a tiny tiny bit so it wont kill you unless of course you drink water every day. Then that tiny tiny bit builds into a lot in the body. Its a slow death designed to shorten your life span.

On the surface of bone it kills bacteria. In the body it kills you. It causes bone pitting and degeneration, damage to the soft tissue of the brain, deterioration of the thyroid among other things. I try my best to avoid it. We have a well but I would never drink or let my kids drink from the public water supply. I stopped buying toothpaste with fluoride in it years ago. My kids have no problems with there teeth in fact neither of them have ever had a cavity. I cant say that for my husband and I though. Both of us have had a few. Oddly we grew up using fluoride tooth pastes. Natural tooth paste is better in my opinion.

I could go on and on why this stuff is so bad. Do some investigations on google. The EPA and the CDC are well aware of the dangers of fluoride. A good place to start getting informed is here >>

Just out of interest, Tish, what is this natural toothpaste that you mention?

Musk

Thoms of Maine is natural and some of it is fluoride free. Baking soda can be used as toothpaste too.

Chickery will clean the gunk off your teeth

Well I just switched to completely organic. It cost a bundle at first because mostly you’re replacing condiments and such. Once you have that all done you just buy staples and the cost is manageable. I’m also juicing everyday and when spring/summer arrives I’ll be growing my own food.

I found some stainless 5 gallon containers (originally used for milk). My brother lives in the county and they don’t force medicate so I’ll fill them there.

Next weeks end I’ll be going to the UFC fight in Nashville so I’ll wait to begin the hGC diet the following Monday. I did quit drinking beer completely too. I’ve been hitting the gym again this week after taking Christmas/NYE week off. Seems I’m already losing again. When I was in Bulgaria I ate like a King, but still managed to lose weight. It only proves that American food is corrupted.

Yep 2012 and BIG changes.

Seems power is held by those who can afford to be aware

I use Thoms of Maine. I have tried some others but this one is my favorite. Here it only costs slightly more then regular tooth paste but you really dont need to use as much so it evens out.

You could make your own using baking soda and coconut oil to.

I am about 3/4 organic with my produce. There are some things that are safe to buy regular simply because they dont absorb the pesticides. If you cant afford organic try to get at least some of the important ones on the safe list

Here is this years list for those interested

Executive Summary | EWG’s Shopper’s Guide to Pesticides | Environmental Working Group | EWG.org

I plan to enlarge my garden this year considerably. I live in the woods so my yard doesn’t get the sun my brothers farm does though so I can only go so big.

The changing of condiments can be costly. I grow and dry out my own herbs for spices. Most of them are easy to grow and you don’t even need a garden. They have window boxes or deck boxes you can install. It is so so much cheaper as well. Its more about time and effort then it is about cost with these.

Like I mentioned I get my meat from various places. Some from my brother and a few local farmers in my area. Eatwild.com can help you find them. I have also bought from grasslandbeef.com on occasion. A few of us from work order together to save on cost as well.

You want grass fed because meat from grain fed is not good. Your eating what the animals ate. Dont be fooled by cage free with poultry Just because they are not in a cage doesn’t mean they are not packed in a warehouse and never see the light of day. Look for free range.

If your cant afford free range or grass fed get at least hormone free. More and more supermarkets are carrying it because of the demand from the public. Even if you just buy a little of it or just stop at the courtesy desk in your supermarket and ask them to carry more it helps. It costs so much more now because of the demand. If there is a higher demand then the prices will fall in stores.

Its really more about time and effort then it is about cost once you get going. What I spend more on is offset by the things I no longer buy so my grocery bill can sometimes be less then normal depending on my effort.

You mean for raw milk ? There are many states where it is illegal to sell raw milk. CT and NY are ok so far but my sister in law who lives in Georgia has to drive over the border to get it. Think about how ridiculous that is. We are talking about milk here. The way I look at it if I want to drink raw milk which is a 1000 times better for me then dead pasteurized milk then its my business not the governments. I buy raw cheese, raw butter or ghee but I dont really drink that much milk.

When you pasteurize you take out most of the nutrients and all of the healthy bacteria. Its no wonder people have to take probiotics now and there are so many gut issues.

Its a huge scam if you think about it. They force pasteurization on us because it allows them to commercialize milk. They have to simply because it makes the milk last longer and they can ship it and store it longer. Its big business. Then they start pushing antibiotics on people every time they sniffle killing bad bacteria but also killing all the good bacteria as well. Antibiotics are big business. We need bacteria to survive people.

Ut oh… Now people begin to get sick. So instead of fixing the problem by regulating and making raw dairy more accessible and warning doctors to not prescribe antibiotics unless absolutely necessary they invent probiotics.

So yes the raw milk costs more initially but in the long run with the antibiotics you have to buy because your immune system is shot and then the probiotics you have to buy to correct what the antibiotics did raw milk is way way cheaper.

Its not about conspiracy its about greed and ignorance and the American peoples time and effort. Like I said we all love quick cheap and easy but for every action there is a equal and opposite reaction and while it may seem we are living in the land of “milk and honey”, America is paying a expensive hard cost for it now. We are paying with our health and the quality of our lives…in some cases we are paying with our life.

OH and I wanted to post this seperate from my above post so people dont miss it

Please sign this petition urging Walmart to not support or sell Monsantos GMO corn

Tell Walmart to Reject Monsanto’s GE Sweet Corn!

If you dont want to eat organic or support local farming thats fine its your choice and right. This is about your right to choose.

Thanks

Tish

Oh I missed this question. Yes I do have an alternative for you. Of course you want to use glass its the safest alternative to storing anything.

Side note DO NOT ever microwave in plastic containers. Plastics have estrogens in them that leach onto the food when you microwave or put hot food in them.

Tennessee - FindaSpring.com

There are safe fresh springs all over right under our noses. I have one on my mail route. Take a sunday drive and brings lots of glass jugs

Tisha

LOL the 5 gallon stainless was for water. I just don’t drink milk so I’m cool with that. I would NEVER eat corn that is not organic like that list suggests. It’s completely Monsanto seeds with GMO. I’m surprised at that actually.

Nope, if its not grown myself, or organic I’m just not doing it.

Already losing weight too
