At your age, you are probably going to play around one or two sprays of ammo. For ISHINE, you can go up to four sprays with no problem. Try using one or two sprays of Ammo with four IS and report back the results :wink:. It is recommended that you spray them in separate areas of your body. Example: Ammo right side of neck while IS left side.

You should always spray your pheromones first, wait 5-15 minutes and then apply any perfum of your own. Again, if you can, spray your cologne/perfum into different areas other than the mones. The effects of pheromones aren’t exactly “DESTROYED” if you use perfum, but they could be affected (be it good or bad way).
