My ex gf and I are going to see eachother again but as friends she said, she know that im still in love with her but i respect her decision and told her i wasnt going to force anything. Just want to have some fun playing games and movies and stuff like that.

IH/IS/A314 is a good base mix that can be worn at pretty much all times for helping to reconnect with someone. Its fun (IS), close/sharing/bonding (IH) and with good status trust and value influences from the A314 - The feelgood IS also helps counteract the trend towards being quite serious that you can get from A314 and IH.
At 31, she is also into an age range that will likely be more tuned-in to a mature, capable A314 signature and has previous sexual history with you, which also means she will be likely to find a more sexually overt signature more acceptable - To this end, I would suggest you consider TUTH rather than Ammo. Partly because there is already good moderation in here from the A314/IH, so the extra components in Ammo are not really needed and because A314/TUTH is a superb mature sexual combo all by itself.
But yes, TUTH is not one to wear when just hanging-out around the home or doing the mundane stuff and wearing it in the wrong situations and when she is on her period can get uncomfortable or aggressive responses. Keep the TUTH for when you are relaxed and having fun - the sort of times when inhibitions slip and she gets horny.
I tend to apply none-based pheros first and layer socials on top because they tend to be lighter, faster diffusing molecules but there is no real wrong or right way here.
Stink is more difficult but in most cases you won’t find it as much of a problem as you think - Some people will smell pheros through any cover scent, no matter what and others won’t smell anything at all. You just need to see what happens.
Don’t apply your pheros to any sweaty or overly warm area of the body eg armpits, crotch etc as the warmth and greater bacterial activity will greatly increase the breakdown to stink.
You may need to adapt your personal hygiene cycle to suit an occasional wash/topup, so choose points that can be easily cleaned. You should find around six hours in normal climes (less in hot) is good for most spray pheros and you can offset breakdown slightly by applying over very thin layer of lotion - although this reduced overall phero range slightly.
How much - we can’t tell you this because all sorts of personal and situational factors are involved. This is where you need to do some basic testing of each one from one spray-up till you find your best dose.

At 26/31, you should stick with the 1x, at least till you find your effective dose. Then if it works out, 2x is a good economy measure.
The main reason is that at 26, you are still in the range where your natural none output will be pretty high and she is only just into the age range where higher/more overt doses become most effective.
And maybe be a bit more distant yourself, don’t be at her beck and call on the net/phone whatever. That bit of extra distance when she has no idea what you are up to can work both ways and help get her curiosity/interest/attraction back-up. And that, combined with a new phero signature can help a lot.
