Hmm, seems you could use some product that will enhance the respect given to you by your colleagues. We do have a great product for work here called A314, which is primarily used by men although I’ve seen women posting about their experiences with it, too. You might try a low dose of that stuff or you may get MX134, which basically is A314 tweaked so it better suits women!

The ladies section of the forum has some older threads about what works for gaining respect in a male-dominated environment. I’m sure the women there will give lots of fresh advice too if asked.
As I recall, low dose of a314 was quite effective for some women. There are also some effective mx’s, as I recall.

Yes MX134 is much better suited for you then A314. Some women do use A314 but its masculine and women can come off butch with it on. I prefer MX134 so I can get the respect, status lift and helpfulness and still maintain my femininity. I suggest trying out your MX134 first before purchasing A314.
If you have your heart set on A314 before you spend the money try MX105, This is the spray version of A314 and Jassy encouraged the ladies to try this one out, I am sure for a reason
I also highly recommend IS/A for you. This is sort of alpha in nature as well and is a strong sexy confident female mix.
