App points I would not get to hung up on app points. Pretty much all you need is body heat to diffuse these things so you want neck, throat, elbow, forearm wrists, back of ears, you can use anything really.
What I tend to do (and this is just me as everyone has there own technique here) is I wear the socials on my wrists or the ones I want to effect others more on my forearm wrist area. I keep the sexual’s or the ones that I get the self effects I like close like throat/neck area.
I have learned that there can be great self effects from pheromones. For example I have the A314 oil and I almost always wear on my jawline now and I notice I tend to walk straighter and act more inline with what A314 is suppose to do.
As far as dose you will have to play with what works best for you
A314 For the A version you have I would start with 1-2 sprays for a while as the A is pretty powerful.
Ammo Being 31 2-3 sprays should be around the general area.
IS This one can vary and I think 2-3 sprays should be good to and again is a very general range as you will have to test to see what is best. With this one you can apply in your hair on top of your head to and this is my favorite app point. Unlike the others this washes out easy and why it is ok to put here.
