I am a male, 51 from the southeast US. I have never used mones unless you want to count “Realm” cologne. Although I was getting heavy hits from females 5 to 15 years my junior when I wore it, that may have just been the fact, at that time, I was attending classes at a primary nursing college with a huge 80/20 female to male ratio, so I’m not sure I would give Realm the credit.
My primary interest in experimenting with mones is from based on my past experiences. Over several years ago I met a beautiful woman that had a natural scent that would send me in to a state of mind and arousal that I would describe as a cat being around cat nip. When I would come within 3-5 feet of her I became a different person. I couldn’t keep may hand off of her. The smell is what I would describe as sweet musk. She thought it was because of her prescription hormones. I could pick the scent out even with wearing cologne. Our sexual relationship was unbelievably intense. All during sex I would be constantly smelling her neck and chest like a drug addict trying to get another fix. The thing I noticed was, she was also smelling me. I asked her about it and she said there was something intensely attractive my body was giving off during sex. So apparently my reaction to her mones was causing mine to react, which was good for both of us. This went on for over five years.
Then the new studies came out and hit the news about the dangers prescription hormones doctors were prescribing women. That is when her doctor changed them. Within a week of the hormone change, the smell that drove me mad for years was virtually gone. Not completely but very, very faint. I would had to practically put my nose on her body to get a hint of it. Since then, we still have sexual relations but it went from several times a week down to once or twice a week.
We often joked about how we could become millionaire if we could bottle that smell. The only thing is when her scent was strong to me, no one else detected it.
I have only smelt this smell on one other woman. I was standing in line at the library, when suddenly for no reason, I started to get aroused and I noticed that same “mone” smell. There were only guys in front of me so I turned around and there was a woman I casually knew, in her thirties, and the smell became stronger. I never found this female attractive, but had we been in a party or club environment…well…I would have probably made some advances. I came in contact with her again several months later and noticed the mone thing had also disappeared from her.
Sorry for being long winded, but there is no doubt, in my experience, as the studies have shown, pheromones play an important part in human sexuality and reactions in general. The question is, as we know from the studies, it all has to do with one individuals genetic make up being predisposed to another’s. What affects one person will not necessarily work, at least the same way, with another.
I want to experiment with the mones to find what invokes, what reactions, in what combinations, in what situations for me and my environment.
I’m not a club guy so I rarely go, although I do attend some often wild outdoor social gathering and parties. I work in a high population of 50/50 male to female ratio. I would like to do testing in both environments. The average age group is between 30-55. I’m not necessarily focusing on making new contacts. That’s not a problem. Most women I know are very open and say they feel very comfortable telling me things on a person level, but I would like to see if the mones can help take these existing relationships to new positive levels. My biggest concern is, I work with a lot of alpha males and I’m concerned about the effect it will have.
