Now, Ammo - As you are approaching 30, you are of an age where the double strength could be useful (none production falls with age) but it depends on your individual body chemistry/situation and the people around you. It is easier and less problematic to increase your dose in any given situation compared to trying to tone down an OD.
It might still better initially to buy the standard strength and do your sweet spoting on that, then if the number of sprays work out, go for the 2x - which is also a good economy and scent control measure.

Ok so as I said previously I am 29, male from Perth, Western Australia.
As for my personality I am an introvert. Basically I want this for the ice breaker. I don’t have a problem with women except for the initial approach. 90% of the ones I have had a fling/relationship with have been through friends/coworkers etc but I’ve never been able to just go up to one and start a conversation with the intent of it going anywhere or being more than light talk.
So even if this works a placebo I’ll count it as a success.

OK. Going high on none can work against quiet guys - Yes you can get a confidence boost but too much can cower/overawe or cause people to ghost you - which totally counteracts what you are wanting to do. So yes, start with the 1x and find your dose carefully. Similar applies to strong status products like A314 - A very different sort of confidence/status impression but if you are reticent, people can simply assume you are standoffish/haughty and again, not interact with you. A lighter status/social product like IG is much better here.
As well as the Ammo, you should have a look at IO and IS
IO - is mainly alphanol and this encourages a bright/bubbly/chatty feeling, which does help you approach and be more approachable, its self effects can also help loosen your own tounge. It can unleash a torrent of absolute drivel in some people, so you do need to be ready for that! 
Instant Shine - Probably the most all round of ADs pheros - Creates a happy/feelgood and socially confident impression that also helps make folk want to stay around you. IS combines superbly with Ammo for one of the best all round attraction mixes there is.

I am a little older than you & Ammo x2 is about right for me, but there are definately times when x3 is appropriate which is obviously tricky to achieve with a x2 bottle.
Ammo keeps surprising me at how well rounded it is despite its none content, when you get the dose right, it has a bit of all the qualities you need.
A314, if you are shy, is probably a good product to start with, as it would require a bit of work verbally to break the ice with people.
Instant Shine, either on its own or with Ammo is a very effective and safe product to use, most people seem to respond well to it, and on its own is totally unthreatening.

If you go with Ammo use the regular strength. That is what you want for your age.
IG is probably one of the under-rated products here IMHO. I use it to tone down my intimidation factor but it works very well with guys that have a quiet disposition. You go from quiet and not always noticed to quiet because you are so cool.

I think I’ll go with regular Ammo, A314, IS & TUTH.
P83 & TAH look interesting, but that’s probably a bit too advanced for me right now.
If you do go with the TUTH - I would buffer it with Ishine if you are using it in a club setting.
