Pherlure is a weak product that only a very small percentage of people see some mild results with. Be careful of purchasing from hyped up sites.
They are usually selling a weak product.

I’m also new hear, so take what I say with a grain of salt. From reading here, I’ve surmised that eastern Asian females can react negatively to large amounts of -none (2 of the 3 you mentioned, Ammunition and Turn Up The Heat are -none based, especially the latter), so you should start with minimal doses to gauge reactions to those around you. Moreover, you’re young and your body already produces decent amounts of -none.
As Tish suggested, leave out the heavier -none (Turn Up The Heat), at least to start with, and try Ammunition with some socials instead, or even the socials on their own.
