I am a 31 year old male living in Southern California. I stumbled onto this site doing a search for how to attract women. I am very shy, and at most times lacking confidence, which mostly stems from my appearance in high school (acne)and the lack of attention from girls because of it. My appearance has changed since then, but my self image has always stayed the same. I’m thinking I would need pheromones to help myself more then to influence others,although that would also help. Anyone have any suggestions?

With a bit of research and all the great advice on this forum, we’ll get you started out in no time.
There are a few stickies I would like to recommend:

What pheromones can and can't do: realistic expectations for newcomers - This one will give you an idea on what to expect from pheros.
I’d recommend Instant Shine, like Robbie, as it always gives me a boost when I’m feeling not so hot There’s nothing like feeling good about yourself to get people flocking to you.
Put all the negativity behind and just reap the benefits of all the great feedback on the board (the quality of the products on offer doesn’t hurt either )
Thanks for everyone’s quick responses. I have been doing some reading and based on that and all your opinions I have narrowed down what I am looking for and what I can do to achieve that. I am probably going to go with the instant shine, however I think the AMMO, and the A314 could help as well. I wish I had the money to experiment with all, but unfortunately I don’t. I also hope that any of these work as well as everyone claims.

Spyder, I am positive you will see results with both A314 and Instant Shine, you can’t go wrong with them. Ammo has been a lot more subtle in it’s effects for me, but maybe I need to use more sprays. Keep in mind that you can layer all of this stuff (after testing them separately) and buying ToGo versions may help ease costs (that’s what I did with IS and some of the other social pheromones.)
Also keep in mind that because of your age (over 30) you may need to apply additional sprays-- but it’s always best when starting out to go lightly and work your way up on the sprays to find your sweet spot for each product.

I feel AMMO would be good for you, Its a confident mix and its sexy and attracts attention.
I do not suggest A314 at this time, Your shy and have trouble approaching. This one gives the alpha male aura and you need to project that aura with your actions by taking the lead. Wait till you build your confidence up with AMMO and then think about trying MX173 which is a cheeper spray version of A314. It will be in stock by then.
I highly suggest you go with Ishine and IO since your shy as well.

Thanks for everyones help and suggestions, I have ordered a few of the ToGo sprays so I can try a few things out without breaking the bank LOL. I ordered the AMMO, Instant Shine, and I couldn’t resist ordering the Instant Honesty(since it says it has the most noticeable effect, and would be fun to experiment with). I will post results after I have received and tried these, until then I will be seeing what others have to say aswell.
