If you’re more interested in long-term relationships, I’d go with the Androsterone mixes rather than the androstenone mixes. That is, Instant Gentleman and/or A314 (rone) rather than Ammo or turn up the heat (none). The reason being that, simply put, 'rone gives a vibe of a guy who is a solid LTR prospect, whereas 'none comes across as a sperm donor who is only good for one night of exciting sex and you don’t want him around after that.
