You are in much the same position as I and many of us were ehen we came here - And probably with a lot of the same concerns?
First-up, no phero is a magical replacement for attractive behaviour from you - However, once you get back into dating etc, I hope you will find that some well chosen pheros will help everything else to work more effectively and reliably.
A314 is a good choice for a lot of reasons - status, trust, reliability and professional standing but it is not an attractio phero on its own - although it does convey serious attractive qualities. You may need to get something to pair it with to help promote attraction or to use something else again. At 33/28, and from your description, you could probably use some overt none to help things along.
So to that end, maybe look at the following:
Ammo - all round social/sexy/masculine attraction mix. Good in most social situations. Scent is potent though, some like it others hate.
Summer Ammo - Same basic formula with two extra molecules that make it more chilled/laid back and comforting, good for more social/sociable situations and can be effectively further sexualised by adding a little TUTH or Androstenone.
I find both of these are good with a smaller dose of A314 for attraction.
TUTH - Same abount of Androstenone but steered in a very sexual direction. It might be usable socially in a gym environment, where a lot of Androstenone in the air is not unusual and around late twentysomethings and above but it can be a bit more sexually urgent because of its lack of balance but in uninhibited situations, it can be excellent. Personally I like a smaller dose of TUTH alongside a larger than normal dose of A314 in clubs as it gives a mature and determinedly sexual mix that works well with women from their mid 20s and upwards. Can be too much for younger ones.
Also consider IH - mainly betanol, good for adult conversation, and helping connection/bonding. I tend to steer it with Instant Shine to steer its effects in the happy/playful/trusting direction. Also goes very well with A314, deepening its trust aspect considerably.
Instant Shine - Adds a happy/feelgood aspect that complements very many pheros very well. Combine with Ammo for a great attraction mix. Some of its main component is already in Summer Ammo so you won’t need so much.
Instant Jerk - This is a difficult one, it is pretty much a controled Androstenone overdose that can repel as easily as it attracts but as you know she is happy in a none-heavy environment, this just might be useful here. Again. pairs well with a larger dose of A314 for a very powerful/high status/assertive mix. I use it when I want to let my inner asshole out to play!
