i can be shy at times and outgoing at times.
i already have turn up the heat extra strength (my girl dont like the smell ) and instant shine, i dont really know how to use the two.
whenever i go to school or work i spray a little of both just to see if i can get any extra attention.
i like shine, its simple and the smell is nice.

Pheros to make girls jump on you don’t exist… yet. To get positive attention, dress a bit more cool than the people around you… not a lot, just a bit. Women are often very good at this, perhaps your gf would be willing to help you pick out hotter clothes. Same with haircut and other grooming. Body language makes a difference too. Look at the BL of guys like Daniel Craig. They walk slowly, like they own the place. That can help… and just don’t be afraid to to walk up to a woman and talk to her. That in itself is attractive.
