Good day everyone one! My name is Phan Lee and I am a 22 year old male [Chinese and Korean mixed]who would like to venture into the exciting world of pheromones. My personality is very introverted. I am nice around girls, but I cannot gather enough courage to talk to them even in the simplest of matters. In fact, most of my interactions go on in a party type environment for I help my parents out at work. They own a karaoke place. Personally, my own approach to shyness was by starting with my own introversion and eventually just to say “f*ck-it” to almost everything that didn’t really matter to me.

For you, IO and Instant shine would be great choices. Also, I suggest you get AMMO and IG: these two would help girls feel attracted to you. However, I recommend you use IO, which makes others open up, and Instant shine, which makes others around you happy, a lot more.

Welcome to the forum!!! Being introverted and shy are difficult things to overcome. However, as with anything, it CAN be overcome. It will take some time, reflection within yourself on how you want others to perceive you, having a mental picture/movie of how you want to act with others, then take that final leap of just doing it! Depending on you, you do what mobocaster elocuently says, and throw caution to the wind. You could think of a few things your mental extrovert of yourself would do and focus on one thing, (IË. Work on Making small talk, complementing others, asking for help, for example) then continue with the next extroverted item. Mones will help, like you mentioned Instant Openness, to have yourself and others at ease to open the gates of conversation. Instant Shine is a very good social for you to ‘Shine’ and others to feel content and relaxed.
But, to bring up your self confidence, you should try Instant Gentleman. This will give you a feeling of relaxed confidence and sureness about yourself. Others will perceive you in that light as well. BUT, you would need to show others your mental extrovert or that perception won’t fly without you buoying it up, if you get my meaning!

I think I will gain a lot of positives with Instant Openness, but I am not sure about Instant Gentleman and Instant Shine. I may have to focus on how to become a better person if I want to match my personality with Instant Gentleman.

Being shy is something you can definitely overcome and like mobocaster used himself as an example many have.
It is in a man I believe to be a hunter and not shy but because of the media and pressure from society this happens.
Ammunition will make you feel confident and tell the girls you are interested.
Openness will make it easier to talk to them and allow for free flowing convos.
Pheromones bring out what is already there and can also assist in giving out certain vibes. The way pheromones work is that they send signals to the ppl opposed to it brain.
