the reason i ask this is because tuth is a -none product so if you are a teen you would produce high amount of -none naturally so you could OD on tuth if not careful.

if you want something that can be used daily i suggest IO, Ishine and ammo, depends on your goal, if you are a business man, then A314 would be a good choice for you.

Thank you all for welcoming me To answer the above question I am 21 years old, I am not really sure what the recommended dosage would be when going out to clubs, but I have started with a low dose of 1 spray to my chest. I will continue to experiment to see what works . I think I will end up purchasing Instant Honesty next as it seems to be just what I am looking for

Yes for turn up the heat, 1 spray to start is a good rule if you are 21. Just try it by itself a few times with different number of sprays, since the sweet spot might be different for everyone here. IH is good if you want some deep conversation and more connection with the people you are talking with. There is another similar product io, which is very good for chatting and it is lighter and more fun than ih.
